Before you begin, please note the following:
 

  1. All services require a 24-month contract. If you cancel the service before the end of your contract, you will be obligated to pay early termination fees. Read our customer agreement for details.
  2. Service is subject to bandwidth thresholds. That means your usage is not unlimited.
    A "threshold" is the amount of data that you can upload or download in a 30-day period before ViaSat's Data Allowance Policy may reduce your speeds. The thresholds are in place to help ensure optimum performance for all WildBlue customers. Typically these thresholds affect less than 3% of our customers.
  3. Service may be temporarily unavailable in your area. Short-term beam outages are currently affecting the northwest area of the United States which could mean Exede sevice may not be immediately available if you live in an affected area. Please see the map below. If you live in one of the white areas shown on the map, please call us at 1-866-989-3105 before ordering to ensure that you receive prompt and satisfactory service.
